Cote, May 24th in a beautiful bilingual ceremony at Saint Mary Church in Norwich, prior to ordaining Michael Castiblanco to the order of Deacon.  Bishop Cote also acknowledged Michael’s mother watching in Columbia via Facebook’s Live Streaming service.
