St. Vincent de Paul Place to Hold Neighborhood Health Clinic

When: Monday August 22, 2022
10am to 3pm

Where: St. Vincent de Paul Place: 120 Cliff St. Norwich. No appointment needed. Insurance not required Ice cream, snacks, games and crafts for children. Everyone is welcome.

Hartford Health Care: Visit with a provider, nurse, or medical assistant. Basic lab testing, prescription assistance, vaccinations, referrals, and follow-up care.

TVCCA: Economic stability, housing /food assistance. Case Management, childcare and preschool programs, energy assistance, financial education, housing, meals.

Uncas Health District: All doses of Moderna/Pfizer COVID vaccines for ages 5 and older. Drug awareness and Narcan use.

UCFS: Access to primary care (medical, dental, and behavioral health), assistance with insurance applications, assistance with linkages to financial benefits.
