What is an Annulment?

If you are a divorced Catholic who would like to know more about annulments or is considering beginning the annulment process but aren’t quite sure what it is or how to go about doing so, this informational workshop is for you.

Fr. Ted Tumicki, judicial vicar, and Fr. Brian Romanowski, vice-chancellor and adjutant judicial vicar of the Diocesan Marriage Tribunal, will be part of a panel that will cover the numerous aspects of the annulment process including:

  • Church teaching on marriage and divorce
  • What an annulment is and isn’t and why they exist
  • Why a Catholic would need an annulment
  • Grounds for annulment
  • Steps in the process and how to begin it
  • Questions and answers

The annulment process may be the pathway you are seeking to healing, forgiveness and new joy.
