What is an Annulment?
If you are a divorced Catholic who would like to know more about annulments or is considering beginning the annulment process but aren’t quite sure what it is or how to go about doing so, this informational workshop is for you.
The annulment process may be the pathway you are seeking to healing, forgiveness and new joy.

Beginning Experience of Connecticut is a weekend experience for the widowed, separated and divorced and designed for those who wish to resolve the pain and grief of losing the marriage relationship and create a more peace-filled future. Catholic based, the weekend helps participants deal with the natural grief process and offers and opportunity, through God for turning your pain of loss into an expereience of positive growth. Weekends are held at various retreat centers in Connecticut. Hope and Healing
The Catholic Family Services Office is offering a day for Catholics experiencing the pain and hurt of losing a marriage relationship. Entitled Hope and Healing: Surviving Divorce and Separation, it will take place Saturday, June 15, 2019 from 9 A.M. to 2 P.M. at St. Mary Church Hall, 45 Freestone Ave., Portland, CT. This workshop will give you time for personal reflection, group sharing, prayer, ritual, journaling, and support with other Catholics seeking hope and healing as you gently move forward in your life.
