Natural Family Planning
Natural Family Planning (NFP) is an umbrella term for certain methods used to achieve and avoid pregnancies. It offers the opportunity for the safest, deepest expression of sexual love. Natural Family Planning respects the love-giving and life-giving natures of marriage and can enrich the bond between husband and wife. It is scientifically researched and medically safe with no harmful side effects, is 99 percent effective at postponing pregnancy and is 100 percent natural.
All of our Diocesan instructors are certified through the Couple to Couple League in the Sympto-Thermal method of NFP. Courses are opened to all engaged and married couples.
