Xavier High School is seeking applicants for a full-time guidance counselor position.

The ideal candidate will:

• demonstrate a passion for working with adolescent boys in a Catholic, college-prep setting;
• support and uphold the mission of a Catholic and Xaverian educational community;
• possess at least a bachelor’s degree (a master’s degree is preferred) in Chemistry or a related field;
• have experience teaching in a high school setting;
• have superior interpersonal skills;
• be able to incorporate technology into a BYOD learning environment;
• be open to taking a role in the community outside of the classroom.
