• Practicing Catholic with a good understanding of Catholic social teaching,
• MA/MS degree or BA/BS degree plus training/expertise equivalent to a MA/MS degree,
• 7-10 years of executive or senior management experience with a focus on financial management.
• The candidate must have significant experience in fiscal development processes including fundraising through special events; annual appeals; major donor activities; federal, state and corporate foundation grant identification and pursuit.
