The Administrative Assistant reports to the Director of the Office of Faith Events (OFE) and supports the day-to-day operations of the Office of Faith Events by performing a wide range of tasks for the OFE team members. These tasks include scheduling, data entry, bookkeeping, hospitality, and communication with various people, including staff, employees, catechetical leaders, priests, bishops, parishioners, and catechists by phone and email.
